I am classically trained in a variety of cuisines and have a passion for creating great tasting food that is healthy with an appealing plate presentation. I take my cooking seriously, but without the Gordon Ramsay personality ---I try to find the humor in situations and am pretty easy going. I prepare and serve freshly made foods and never leave a dirty dish behind. I am a very organized Chef and will always leave your kitchen clean and work with a variety of budgets.
